The BIPP (British Institute of Professional Photography) is a historic photography organization founded in 1901 in the UK, which has contributed to the improvement of professional photographers' skills and the development of the industry. It is highly trusted worldwide due to its high standards in the art, technique, and ethics of photography, and its rigorous membership qualifications process.

Among its awards, the Fellowship of BIPP is the highest title granted by the association, awarded only to those who possess profound expressiveness, exceptional skill, and a strong vision as photographers. The 20-image portfolio submitted for the Fellowship is reviewed at an extremely high level, with a very low pass rate, so the title of Fellow is highly respected both within and outside the industry. This title serves as a powerful evaluation criterion in international careers and is considered a lifelong goal for many photographers. Mr. Kojima became the first person in the 123-year history of BIPP to simultaneously achieve Fellow status in two categories: Wedding and Portrait.
